I do not accept returns, but if you have an issue please contact me and I will do my best to see that your needs are taken care of. Orders placed through the website take 5-7 days to process. The majority of these pieces are made to order. Orders to be picked up at the shop must be done in a timely manner.

Custom Orders: If you are placing a custom order I require a 50% non refundable deposit before work can begin. Custom orders generally take 7-10 days to complete. When you wish to place a custom order, please contact me with your idea. From there I will provide you with a sketch. Once you are happy with my design, production will begin.
